👩🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
Prep the Eggplants: Slice eggplants into 2-inch thick rounds. Soak in salty water for 15 mins to remove bitterness, then pat dry.
The Meatballs: Mix ground beef with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and pul biber. Knead well and form into flat patties (same size as eggplant rounds).
The Assembly: In a circular baking dish, alternate one eggplant slice and one meatball. Repeat until the dish is full. Place tomatoes and peppers in the center.
The Sauce: Mix tomato paste, olive oil, and hot water. Pour evenly over the kebab.
Roast: Cover with foil and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 mins. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 mins until charred and tender
