Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chickpeas (canned is fine)
1/2 cup tahini
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
Juice of 1-2 lemons
1 tsp cumin & 1/2 tsp salt
For topping: 2 tbsp butter & 1 tsp paprika
Instructions:
Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor until very smooth.
If too thick, add a few tablespoons of warm water and blend again.
Spread the hummus on a serving plate.
